At ArtExtract.ai, we provide access to digital tools and credit-based processing services. Because our Service delivers immediate digital value upon use, we generally do not offer refunds.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly).

Payments are non-refundable.

Once a billing cycle begins, we do not provide full or partial refunds for:

  • Unused credits

  • Unused storage

  • Partial subscription periods

  • Downgrades during an active billing cycle

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

2. Credit Usage

Credits are consumed when you run:

  • Extraction (29 credits per job)

  • Vectorization (9 credits per job)

Credits:

  • Refresh each billing cycle

  • Do not roll over

  • Have no cash value

  • Are not redeemable for monetary refunds

3. Processing Results

ArtExtract.ai generates vector and production-ready files from user-uploaded images. Results depend on the quality of the source file, artwork complexity, and elements such as gradients or photorealistic details.

Because processing begins immediately upon submission and output quality is influenced by the uploaded image, refunds are not provided based on:

  • Personal output preferences

  • Minor adjustments or refinements

  • Limitations in the original file quality

  • Differences between the uploaded image and the generated image

Users are responsible for reviewing all generated files before moving to production. While the Service aims to produce clean, usable files, we do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free, perfectly color-separated, or ready for immediate use without review.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at:
